Single Serving Microwave Brownies

This recipe is a compromise between two undeniable facts:

1. Some days require chocolate

2. If I bake a pan of brownies, I end up eating most of a pan of brownies.

This recipe is a scaled down and simplified version of microwaved mug brownies as found here.

  1. Dont use the oil it just burns to easily REPLACE oil with 1tbs. Of butter and it comes out PERFECTLY I already ate 2 mugs now!!!! I also added chocolate chips right after it came out and put a little bit of ice cream on top it was super good!!!

  2. just tried this at 2 am wanted something chocolate , it just seems nothing like a brownie to me. Any ways of making it more brownie-y anyone know of while still being nice and quick and simple ?
