baby carrots or pealed carrot strips

olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Place carrots on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Toss to coat
Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Shake the pan every 10 minutes.
